These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the hbeej platform and all its services. By registering on hbeej or using the platform, you are considered to have fully read, understood and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the platform.

hbeej reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as acceptance of the updated Terms. We therefore recommend visiting this page regularly.

The following terms used in these Terms carry the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" means the hbeej website (hbeej.cam), its subdomains and all associated services.
• "User" or "Member" means any person registered on the platform.
• "Account" means the personal registration and balance profile of each user.
• "Bonus" means any welcome bonus, cashback or other promotional reward offered by hbeej.
• "Gaming Activities" means slots, live casino, sports betting and other games available on the platform.
• "Money" or "Balance" means Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) held in a user's account.

To open an account on hbeej and use the platform, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be located in a country or region where online gaming activities are not legally prohibited.
• You must register under your own name and with accurate information.
• A maximum of one account per person is permitted.
• If you are suffering from problem gambling, please refrain from registering and seek help.

After creating an account, the user is fully responsible for the security of their login credentials. Keep your password confidential and do not share it with anyone. If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.

Registering with false information, creating multiple accounts or operating an account under someone else's identity is strictly prohibited. If such activity is proven, the account may be permanently closed and the balance forfeited.

hbeej conducts identity verification processes as needed to ensure safe and transparent service. The following documents may be requested at the time of a withdrawal application or in cases of any suspicious activity:

• A copy of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method (confirming that you are the owner of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay number).
• Proof of age (where applicable).

Failure to submit documents or incomplete verification may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

New members can enjoy a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳20,000. The following conditions apply to claiming and using this bonus:

• A first deposit must be made before the bonus can be claimed.
• Bonus wagering requirement: 15 times (15x) (total of deposit plus bonus).
• Withdrawals from the bonus are not permitted until the wagering requirements are met.

• Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

VIP tier progression depends on activity and participation on the platform. Cashback is automatically credited to the account each week. hbeej reserves the right to modify VIP benefits at any time.

• All bonus offers may be changed, suspended or cancelled at hbeej's sole discretion.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time for a given period.
• A specific maximum withdrawal limit may apply to winnings earned from bonuses.
• If there is evidence of fraudulent bonus abuse, the account will be cancelled.

If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid, the remaining parts will remain fully in force. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between hbeej and the user, and any prior oral or written agreements are superseded by these terms and conditions.
